On September 25, I took part in my first international art show, Art Salon Fusion, at Allende Arts Space in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The evening celebrated art, community, and one year of Allende Arts Space.
The show featured the work of the current artists-in-residence, Sara Thorn, Roanne Kolvenbach and Herve Alexandre, alongside local artists Jennifer Behymer, Jim Kraus, Kato Rempel and me. Our studios were open throughout the evening, so guests could explore the studios, meet the artists, enjoy the artwork and raise a glass to the space’s first anniversary.
